Here is how to check the firmware version:
From the dashboard, go to the device settings screen and press the Info button after pressing the three vertical dots on the top right:
Then Press Refresh and you will see the current firmware version.

I can't access the dashboard from the app. Can someone please use the phone number attached to my account to inform me what is going on with my device. This is getting ridiculous!
