What do I do if my device no longer functions? I cannot reach it on the app and the buttons and lights do not work.

There are very rare circumstances where the utility power line drops voltage in a particular sequence (a type of brownout).  The resulting poor power signal can temporarily freeze your Avi-on device.  At that point the device will not respond to commands from the app or from the buttons on the device.  If this happens, power cycle the device from the power supply and it will reset and work normally again. For plug-in devices, unplug them for 15 seconds and then plug them back in. For in-wall devices, power cycle the device from the circuit breaker.
